Registration Information

We’re delighted to announce that registration fees for GPS 2020 are heavily subsidised. We wanted to make sure this knowledge exchange is low cost for our communities and stakeholders, and is as accessible as possible.

GPS2020 provides three rates for registration: student rate, individual rate, and corporate (attending on behalf of an organisation) rate. For all of them you get an even bigger discount if you register before 5 February 2020.

6 April is a pre-conference event for our scholarship recipients and is by invitation only.

Registration Fees

Listed below are the registration fees for the Conference. All fees include Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%.

  • Corporate Rates are for people attending on behalf of an organisation.
  • Student rates apply to full time students, working less than 20 hours per week.

Registration Fees - What's Included?

Full registration includes:

  • Access to full conference programme sessions Tuesday 7 April and Wednesday 8 April 2020. 
  • Access to Innovation Alley exhibit.
  • Catering as listed in programme.
  • Opportunity to purchase a ticket to the conference dinner.

Day registration includes

  • Access to conference programme sessions on either Tuesday 7 April or Wednesday 8 April 2020.
  • Catering as listed in programme for the day attending.
  • Opportunity to purchase a ticket to the conference dinner.
  • Access to Innovation Alley exhibit.

Registration Payment

There are 2 methods of payment for your registration, these are:

  1. Payment by credit card at the time your registration is submitted.
  2. Payment by direct credit.

If paying by credit card, the cards accepted are Mastercard and Visa. Please note that a 3% surcharge applies if paying by this method.

If paying by direct credit, please choose the invoice option on the payment page, an invoice link will then be sent to you within your confirmation email. The invoice outlines how to pay by direct credit.

All registration payments must be completed by 1 April 2020.

Parking at the venue for delegates in the South Carpark is free.

How to Book

In the first instance, please refer to the Hotel website and check the rates by beginning the booking process on the hotel website - the rates on the day may be cheaper than those above. This is because the Hotel uses dynmaic pricing and rates can vary from day to day.

  • The rate and room will be subject to availability
  • Individual credit card will be required to guarantee the booking
  • Free cancellation and modification until 24 hour prior to the arrival date
  • In an event of a guest No-show, a fee for one night’s accommodation will be charged to the credit card supplied
